Technical File Usage & Copyright Terms

These terms apply to all technical files, drawings, specifications, 3D models, visuals, and other downloadable materials provided by KNG Streets through this website or by direct communication.

1. Ownership

All technical files and related materials remain the intellectual property of KNG Streets unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Providing access to these files does not transfer ownership, production rights, authorship, or any other intellectual property rights to the user.

2. Permitted Use

The files are provided solely for project review, design evaluation, specification review, tendering, coordination, and potential procurement purposes related to KNG Streets products.

3. Restricted Use

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, sublicense, transfer, or share these files with third parties without prior written permission from KNG Streets. The files may not be used for unauthorized manufacturing, replication, reverse engineering, or imitation of KNG Streets products.

4. Third-Party Sharing

If the files need to be shared with a consultant, architect, designer, contractor, or client for a specific project evaluation, such use must remain strictly limited to that project and may not extend beyond the necessary review process.

5. No Production Authorization

Access to technical files does not constitute authorization to manufacture, fabricate, adapt, or commercially use any KNG Streets product or design. Separate written approval is required for any use beyond evaluation and specification purposes.

6. Accuracy and Revisions

KNG Streets may update, revise, replace, or withdraw any file at any time without prior notice. While we aim to provide accurate and current information, users are responsible for confirming final dimensions, specifications, finishes, and technical suitability before production, purchase, or implementation.

7. No Warranty for Misuse

KNG Streets shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, error, or consequence arising from unauthorized use, outdated files, misuse, modification, or reliance on technical materials without final written confirmation from KNG Streets.

8. Project-Specific Review

Technical files are provided for informational and coordination purposes and should be reviewed within the context of the relevant project conditions, local standards, engineering requirements, and application details.

9. Confidentiality and Good Faith Use

Users agree to access and use these files in good faith and in a professional manner. KNG Streets reserves the right to deny, restrict, or revoke access where misuse, unauthorized sharing, or inappropriate use is suspected.

10. Legal Rights

Any unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, or imitation of KNG Streets files, products, or designs may result in legal action under applicable copyright, intellectual property, and commercial laws.

Teknik Dosya Kullanım ve Telif Hakkı Şartları

Kullanıcılar, KNG Streets’in önceden yazılı izni olmaksızın bu dosyaları kopyalayamaz, çoğaltamaz, dağıtamaz, değiştiremez, yayımlayamaz, satamaz, alt lisans veremez, devredemez veya üçüncü kişilerle paylaşamaz. Bu dosyalar, KNG Streets ürünlerinin izinsiz üretimi, çoğaltılması, tersine mühendisliği veya taklit edilmesi amacıyla kullanılamaz.

4. Üçüncü Kişilerle Paylaşım

6. Doğruluk ve Revizyonlar

KNG Streets, herhangi bir dosyayı önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın güncelleme, değiştirme, yenileme veya geri çekme hakkını saklı tutar. Doğru ve güncel bilgi sunulması hedeflenmekle birlikte; nihai ölçü, teknik özellik, malzeme, renk, yüzey ve uygulama uygunluğunun üretim, satın alma veya uygulama öncesinde ayrıca teyit edilmesi kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır.

7. Hatalı veya Yetkisiz Kullanımda Sorumluluk

KNG Streets; izinsiz kullanım, güncelliğini yitirmiş dosyalar, yanlış kullanım, değiştirilmiş içerikler veya KNG Streets’ten yazılı nihai teyit alınmaksızın teknik materyallere güvenilmesi sonucunda doğabilecek zarar, kayıp, hata veya sonuçlardan sorumlu değildir.

8. Projeye Özel Değerlendirme

Teknik dosyalar bilgi ve koordinasyon amaçlı sunulmaktadır. Bu dosyalar; ilgili projenin koşulları, yerel standartlar, mühendislik gereklilikleri ve uygulama detayları çerçevesinde değerlendirilmelidir.

9. Gizlilik ve İyi Niyetli Kullanım

Kullanıcı, bu dosyalara iyi niyetli ve profesyonel bir kullanım amacıyla eriştiğini ve kullanacağını kabul eder. KNG Streets; kötüye kullanım, izinsiz paylaşım veya uygunsuz kullanım şüphesi halinde erişimi reddetme, sınırlandırma veya iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.

10. Hukuki Haklar

KNG Streets’e ait dosyaların, ürünlerin veya tasarımların izinsiz kullanımı, dağıtımı, çoğaltılması veya taklit edilmesi; yürürlükteki telif hakkı, fikri mülkiyet ve ticaret mevzuatı kapsamında hukuki sürece konu olabilir.

Tüm tasarım ve ürünlerimiz, 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu kapsamında korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kullanım, kopyalama, çoğaltma ve benzeri her türlü ihlal hakkında yasal işlem başlatılacaktır.

11. Kabul

KNG Streets tarafından sağlanan herhangi bir teknik dosyanın talep edilmesi, erişilmesi, indirilmesi veya kullanılması halinde; kullanıcı işbu şartları okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan etmiş sayılır.
